Welcome to HAL-X! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HAL-X, a platform by Mergen AI where users can interact with cutting-edge AI models, including HAL-X, HAL 2C, and other AI models developed and trained by Mergen AI.     • While we do not collect personal identifiable information unless explicitly provided, all data entered into the platform is treated as non-confidential and may be used for research and development purposes.

    • The outputs generated by the AI models on HAL-X are created autonomously by the AI. These outputs may include errors, inaccuracies, or unintended results, often referred to as "hallucinations."
    • Mergen AI does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or validity of any AI-generated content.

  3. No Liability for Outputs:

    • Mergen AI is not responsible for any content generated by the AI models. The outputs reflect the model’s responses based on training data and algorithms and are not the opinions or claims of Mergen AI.
    • Users are solely responsible for the use or interpretation of AI-generated outputs.
  1. Prohibited Uses
    You may not use HAL-X to:
  • Generate or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
  • Engage in activities that violate the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Exploit the platform to spread misinformation, spam, or malicious content.

    • All models, algorithms, and software used in HAL-X are the intellectual property of Mergen AI.
    • You retain ownership of the prompts you provide; however, by using the service, you grant Mergen AI a license to use this data as described in Section 3.

    • You have the right to use, share, or distribute AI-generated content, but Mergen AI retains no claim or responsibility over such content.
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties
  • HAL-X is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied.
  • Mergen AI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mergen AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
  • Use of or inability to use the platform.
  • Actions taken based on AI-generated outputs.

  1. Changes to the Terms Mergen AI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of HAL-X constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Azerbaijan.
